He had the associative state where businesses should work with the government.

The hoover dam.
What did hoover dam do for society?
It harnesses the colorado river to provide electricity.
How did hoover react to the great depression?
He had very little reaction to it.
What did hoover believe about the government?
He belives the government should not provide direct aid and buissnesses should fix their own issues.
What was his mistake #1?
Tariff. Hoover started a tariff war and hope Americans would purchase cheaper goods.
Why did European nations place a tariff on American goods?
They were upset with the tariff americans put. Hoover was blamed.
What was hoovers mistake #2?
The bonus marches. World war 1 veterans set up camp near the capital to ask for a bonus early.
Did hoover give them a bonus?
No. It wasnt due for another 13 years.
