A- proves people smoke engage social aspect of it, banned in public places easier quit
H- although banned many people still heavily smoke
E- smoke ban didnt deter all smokers, majority smoke.

A- demonstartes smoking hard inequality tackle due so many people so addictive

majority of gov responses in inequality effective. inequalities like fsm and fp have a moderate result where as uc and sb could use more funding and support which would beinift people immensley . however, school
