Glute and lower back stretch: Teaching

A

Lie in a supine position
Knees bent
Cross one leg over the other
Arm out to the side
Lower legs to one side
Feel the stretch in the lower back
Increase the stretch, bring legs toward the body
Static hold (maintenance or developmental) for the required number of seconds
