1.Oclacitinib - inhibit JAK-1 - IL-4,13,31 , antiallergic, antipruritic , immunosuppressant (dec. WBCs)
SE: diarrhea , vomiting, very safe!
2. Lokivetmab- only dog , molocolonal Ab against IL-31 , Antipruritic, tablet once a month0

Pharmacological effect

A
  1. Inc. glucose levels
  2. Mobilization to the liver
  3. muscle atrophy
  4. decreased growth
  5. polyuria
  6. gastric ulcer (COX, use omeperazole)
  7. ACTH supression

Therapuetic methods

A

Systemic usage:

  1. High dose once (e.g in shock)
  2. ADT (alternate day therapy)- to prevent ACTH supression
  3. Long acting (not recommended) - although intra-articularly is safe
