What is a vent?
A
When magma moves up to the surface of the earth through a small opening.

A
The magma is stored underground.

What is a crater?
A
The pressure from the gases causes the magma to erupt out of the vent(an opening of the volcano).

What erupts out of the volcano?
A
Cinders and ashes erupt out from a volcano.After layers of ashes and lava repeated eruptions ,they build up around the vent to form a cone shaped mountain.

How did the Giant’s Causeway form?
A
It was formed when less gas in the magma,the lava pours out gently through a large crack in the ground called a fissure.
