What additional recommendations can be made for OA?
- Aquatic exercises
- Tai chi – helps improve muscular control & posture
- Acupuncture – for pain relief
- Walking aids to relieve weight from OA joint – eg. Walking stick
- Medially directed taping of patella in OA knee
