- Biliary stasis/dysmotility

- Corticosteroid excess
- Hyperlipidemia
How do you treat gallbladder mucoceles medically and surgically?
Surgical: Cholecystectomy
Medical: Ursodiol, ABX, and low-fat diet
What is the difference between cat and dog bile duct anatomy?
Cats: bile duct fuses with pancreatic duct before entering the duodenal papilla (disease can affect the biliary tree and pancreas)
Dogs: bile duct enters NEXT to the pancreatic duct
