Fixed plantarflexion and knee extension which means patient must circumduct leg.
Caused by stroke

A
Shuffling gait, reduced arm swining

A
Broad based, slow and staggering
Associated with midline cerebellar disease

A
High stepping gait due to weakness of distal limb muscles. Caused by damage to peripheral nerves

A
Occurs due to weak hip abductors so pelvis tilts to unsupported side
