What frustrates you the most?
A
Nothing really, I chose this profession and I’ve always enjoyed the job. I have high standards for pupils and staff and I always want to achieve the best possible outcome. So, I suppose I want initiatives to happen faster and have an impact. It’s also a quality, it’s important to be enthusiastic about initiatives you run but you also need to pace yourself and take staff with you.
