Air operation is VFR flight, Air operation covered by flight following service (part 119.73 airline operator certification or part 1119.121 general aviation air operator certification), above part requirements are met, pilot maintains listening watch on appropriate radio frequency.

Callsign (if different to registration).
Type of aircraft.
Intended route.
SARTIME.
Fuel endurance.
POB
Name and contact details of PIC.
Name of aircraft owner/operator.
Any additional information that may assist search and rescue.
VFR Aeroplane fuel requirements
Must ensure fuel to get to first intended landing plus 30 minute day reserve, 45 minute night reserve
VFR helicopters fuel requirements
Must ensure enough fuel to get to first intended landing, plus 20 minute reserve, or for flights less than 20 min, reserve equal to the anticipated flight time.
