- To test the flexibility of the hamstrings and Erector Spine muscles

- Subcutaneous adipose tissue (predicts percentage of body fat)
- Skin fold measurements give an indication of body composition- body fat percentage. It is the most commonly used field test for this component of fitness, but needs practice!
