- How efficiently you are able to keep your muscles supplied with nutrients and oxygen while you are exercising?
- Also known as cardiorespiratory endurance

- Transporting oxygen and nutrients to all the tissues in the body and removing waste products (carbon dioxide)

- contract multiple types (running a marathon)

- The ability to move your joints through their full range of movements smoothly.
- how elastic the ligaments and tendons are at a joint

- The amount of force, measured in kilograms or Newtons that can be generated by a muscle when contracting
