how does physical mental and social health impact fitness

A

physical- illness and injury prevent us from exercising, exercise more challenging if the body’s systems are not functioning correctly

mental- depression limits motivation to exercise, high self esteem gives you the confidence to approach challenging tasks

social- having friends and family to exercise with and support your goals is motivating, being able to mix with others make you more likely to join a sports club

A

physical- body system health improves, less likely to become sick, everyday tasks become easier

mental- exercise helps to relieve stress , opportunities to channel emotions, weight loss improves self esteem

social- sports club provides opportunities to make friends, helps improve communication skills
