A 10-27 shall only be transmitted for a compactor fire or incinerator fire that

Fire protection requirements for compactors
Compactor room should be supplied with an
1) Automatic sprinkler system.
2) Water outlet hose
3) Sprinkler heads in compactor units. They should be arranged to be readily replaced, unless they are electrically operated
4) OS&Y valve controlling both the automatic head in the compactor and the heads in the compactor room is usually found on the water line IN OR NEAR the compactor room
