Normal and Single operation of the cargo fire
fwd cargo 4 pairs detectors
aft 2 pairs of detectors
normal ops requires 2 detectors sense smoke
Single when placed in SINGLE position
Engine and APU fire suppression
2 fire bottles total for each engine APU
APU FIRE CONT

Off and Agent ARM immediately shuts down APU and arms fire extinguisher

Pull- Shuts off Fuel, Hydraulic, trips gen, silences aural/vocal warnings unless master already pushed
Rotate – discharges

2 1 st discharges 1min agent low 6 min next bottle push light on next bottle illuminates CARGO SMOKE AGENT 2 DISH will illuminate flashing, CARGO AGENT 2 LO illuminate after 2 hours
can maintain conditions which will prevent resignation of fire for approximately 80 minutes
Both manually discharged by pilot action
