Rhinoplasty, chin implants (mentoplasty), face/neck/brow lift, blepharoplasty, skin rejuvenation, otoplasty, tumour surgery
What are some interventions done for ageing?
Botox, fillers, blepharoplasty, skin rejuvenation, face lift, skin peel and laser resurfacing
What structures are reconstruction done on?
Skin and soft tissue
What are some reconstruction interventions?
Primary closure of wound, healing by secondary intervention, skin grafts/flaps
What are important things to remember is sub-total and total nasal reconstructions?
Patient desires good aesthetics, need to preserve function, need inner lining + scaffold + skin
