What is behavior modification?
A form of psychotherapy that seeks to extinguish or inhibit abnormal or maladaptive behavior by reinforcing desired behavior and eliminating undesired behavior
What is biofeedback?
A system of recording, amplifying, and feeding back information about subtle physiological responses
What are coping skills?
Behaviors or thought processes that help you modify your reactions to the stressor
-helps them understand their response pattern

What are extrinsic motivations?
Extrinsic motivations external rewards like praise, money, recognition, or prizes

Inherent pleasures of any activity, like the joy you feel from listening to a song you love or the temporary escape you feel when lost in a story
