Nucleus: spongy and sprawling with brainlike convolutions
Cytoplasm: gray
Vacuoles: sometimes present

Nucleus: bilobed
Cytoplasm: has large course reddish or orange granules
Eosinophil
Nucleus: usually indistinct and obscured by granules
Cytoplasm: large purplish black pr dark blue granules
