The “Sexy” Face Exercise

What exercise can help improve your eye contact and facial expression?

A

Spend five minutes each night looking in the mirror and thinking, “I know you want me, but let’s pretend we both don’t notice it.” Notice the natural expression your face makes, aiming for a confident and inviting “We’re going to get into so much trouble together” look.

Smirk Exercise

How can you improve your smirk for flirting?

A

Step 1: Go watch any George Clooney movie and watch how to smirk at women.
Step 2: Go sit in front of your mirror and practice doing that same smirk, but obviously give your own spin to it. Do this for 1 week.
Step 3: Find 3 females (co-workers, friends, sister) and ask them what your smirk says to them
Step 4: Go out and smirk at 10 women a day. Hold the smirk for 2 seconds and then look away and then look back. (this is to get you comfortable with holding your intent and being proud of it and then being strong enough to let go)If you’ve already done the eye contact exercise in the mirror, you probably also started to see your smirk appear naturally. Each time you do this exercise, make sure and check in that your smirk is there also. See it. Remember it. Bring it out when talking to a woman.

PHASE 1 WITTINESS: “Wit or Wit-Out You”

A

Exercise: Practice being witty and observant in everyday situations by creating entertaining scenarios.

Instructions:

*Be hyper-observant when you’re out in public.
*Pick out 3 mundane situations per day, such as getting coffee.
*Notice a stranger nearby who will be the recipient of your witty comment.
*Imagine entertaining scenarios that would spice up the mundane situation.
*Engage the stranger with your witty comment and observe their reaction.
*Have fun with it and enjoy the interaction!

Example Scenario:
Imagine being in line at Starbucks and envision a flash mob breaking out instead of the usual mundane atmosphere. Make a witty comment to a stranger nearby, such as “I can sense the flash mob is about to begin.”

PHASE 1 CONVERSATIONAL THREADING: “The Tarzan Tactic”

A

Exercise: Practice conversational threading by smoothly transitioning between topics like swinging from branch to branch on a tree.

Instructions:

*Choose 5 women to practice this technique with, preferably those you’re comfortable talking to.
*Imagine your conversation as a tree with topics as branches.
*Seamlessly transition between topics like swinging to a new branch on a tree.
*Trust your gut and don’t hesitate or second-guess your choices.
*Share genuine and interesting tidbits about yourself.
*Use the Tarzan Tactic to approach women and start conversations by making observations about them or your surroundings.

Example Approach:
If you’re at a dive bar, start by making an observation about unique drinks or the ambiance. Approach a woman and ask for her opinion on what drink you should order next, initiating a connection and bypassing small talk.

PHASE 2 PLATONIC SEXUAL SUBTEXT: “The Weatherman

Exercise: Practice Incorporating Platonic Sexual Subtext

Instructions:

Over the next week, engage in conversations with at least 3 different women with whom you’ve built a good rapport.
Choose neutral topics of conversation that can be subtly charged with sexual undertones.
Use the lead-in technique described in the example to introduce the subtext into the conversation.
Pay attention to the woman’s reactions and responses to gauge the effectiveness of your approach.
Practice making eye contact and giving a subtle smirk or smile to convey your intentions without being too overt.
Example Approach:

PHASE 2 PLATONIC SEXUAL SUBTEXT: “The Weatherman”

Imagine you’re chatting with a woman about weekend plans:

You: “So, any exciting plans for the weekend?”
Her: “Not really, just thinking of staying in and catching up on some reading.”
You: “Ah, that sounds cozy. I love curling up with a good book, especially when it’s raining outside. There’s something about the sound of raindrops that’s so soothing.”
(As you say this, maintain eye contact and give a slight smirk to subtly convey the idea of cuddling up together.)

Remember to adapt the approach to fit the context of the conversation and the woman’s personality. Practice makes perfect, so don’t hesitate to try this technique with different topics and situations.

Instructions:
1. Come up with 5 unconventional conversation starters or observations that you wouldn’t typically use to begin a conversation.
2. Over the next week, approach 5 different women with these bold statements or questions.
3. Pay close attention to their reactions and responses to gauge the effectiveness of your approach.
4. Use your sense of humor, wit, and playfulness to deliver these openers in a way that feels natural and engaging.
5. Remember to maintain a confident and light-hearted demeanor, especially if trying this in settings like a club where women may expect to be approached.

Example Approaches:
1. “Have you ever wondered if pineapples would be a good addition to pizza toppings? I mean, think about the sweet and savory combination!”
2. “I couldn’t help but notice your shoes. They’re like a work of art! But I gotta ask, how do you walk in those without feeling like you’re conquering Everest?”
3. “Excuse me, miss. Do you believe in time travel? Because every time I see you, I feel like I’ve been transported to a better place.”
4. “You know, I’ve always wondered what people’s go-to karaoke songs say about them. So, what’s yours? I bet it reveals your inner rockstar!”
5. “Hey, quick question: If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be? Mine would definitely be teleportation, so I could be wherever the fun’s at in an instant!”

Remember to tailor these approaches to the context and the woman you’re approaching. The goal is to spark curiosity and capture her attention in a playful and engaging way.

CREATING DESIRE: “Lightning Bolts”

A

Exercise: Practice creating desire by withholding attention and touch sporadically, then giving it when she craves it intensely.

Instructions:
- Identify moments when you feel the urge to touch, kiss, or tease her intensely.
- Instead of acting on the urge, resist and pull away, creating a sense of mystery and anticipation.
- Notice her response and the increase in excitement when you do make a move.
- Maintain the feeling of her having to chase you by strategically timing your actions.

Example Approach:
When feeling the strongest urge to make a move, pull away instead. Notice her increased excitement and anticipation. Then, when you do touch her or make a move, it will feel like a powerful bolt of lightning, intensifying desire.
