Human centeredness
Participatory experiential, non-violent and evolutionary process of problem solving, consciousness raising and empowering (Organizing) of the poor of a particular community/area to act collectively towards the equitable redistribution of valued resources (Political/Decision-Making Power, Economic/Purchasing Power, Information, etc.) in order to establish a just, humane and meaningful social relationship.
Participatory Human Development (PHD) or Community Organizing (CO)

• To explore and facilitate the dynamic process of experience-based learning for the local people to help them become self-empowered and main actors in the development activities of their community.

Groups that are organized independently of and operate outside of but interact with the state and the market.

Overarching Goal

• Operate in a way that allows their practitioners to pursue credible news stories without regard of lost profits.
