most likely to acculturate thru their career and marriage so they are the most likely to be cut off from their heritage.

theya re likely to invert hte power stucture due to them adapting to the new culture faster than the adults.

family has likely aged and older generations may be getting sick or dying which causes missed opportunities to fulfill cultural obligations as well as the fact that the adolescents are close to being prepared to launch at this tage which reduces familial contact poitns for both sides of the system.
