What is Deception?

How would someone deal with deception?
Debrief- have post interviews where there told the true aim and details of the study
Withdraw there data from publication.
What is informed consent?
Ppt have given permission to take part in the study and have the right to withdraw.
How would you deal with informed consent?
Either do presumptive prior informed or parental consent.
what is protection from harm?
Ppt are protected physically and psychologically.
How do they deal with protection from Harm?
Right to withdraw during or after the research.
What is confidentiality?
Ppt details and data remain unknown.
How do you deal with confidentiality?
By using fake names or pseudonyms to remain anonymous.
