What does bile do in the stomach

A

Bile is produed in the liver and is stored in thr gall bladder. The hydrochlodic acid makes the ph too acidic for enymes to work so the bile neurtalises this

Bile also breaks large fat into droplets to give the fat a bigger surface area for the enzyems to work on
