Ectopic ACTH production from small cell lung cancer
Is the PAC:PRA ratio low or high with primary aldosteronism? Secondary aldosteronism?
Primary - high (because renin is low)
Secondary like RAS or fibromuscular dysplasia - low (because renin is high)
Are FSH/LH increased or decreased in premature ovarian failure and menopause?
Increased due to loss of negative feedback from estrogen
What rash is insulin resistance associated with?
Acanthosis nigricans

What is the relationship between thyroid disease and the prolactin levels?
