Treatment: underlying cause: tumors, medications to block cortisol, reduce corticosteroids.

A

Lack of cortisol and aldosterone.

DIC

A

Disseminated Intravascular Coagulopathy

Causes blood clots to form throughout the body’s small blood vessels. Excessive clotting uses up fibrin and platelets, causing bleeding.

Administer Heparin - Anti-thrombin III - TXA for active bleeding
