What is important to rule out with Encephalitis
A
HSV encephalitis
- hemorrhagic encephalitis
- respiratory symptoms followed by encephalitis symptoms
evals for this:
MRI, EEG
LP with red blood cells and not traumatic tap
HSV PCR on CSF
