At night/nocturnal – with dreams. Similar to Wet Dreams/Nocturnal Emission. Usually related to Heart Fire.

(Slippery Essence Loss/ESCAPE OF ESSENCE) = daytime/no dreams →More severe →Usually Xu condition.

SECRET FORUMULA –– Astringent Category to consolidate Urine, Sweats, etc. Very good for night urine. Bake it first so it becomes fragile/dry then crush and grind into powder. Consolidates the Kidney Essence
Education
- Regulate the Emotions. Educate the patient
- Avoid overstrain
- Avoid excessive sexual activity
- Regulate diet - Avoid alcohol, spicy, sweet foods
- Medication – esp for Heart Fire Flares Up. Keeps fire calm.
- Don’t put too heavy blankets on body. When are hot easy to induce Ministerial Fire to Flare up and get emissions. Better if cool – esp lower part of body – too hot will irritate the genitals and cause emissions.
