Traitement hyperkaliémie

A
  • : Diurèse et dilution (NaCl 0.9%)
    +/- : Glucose 25-30% 1g/kg en bolus sur 3-5min + Insuline rapide 0.5IU/kg
    + : Gluconate de Calcium : 10%, 0.5-1.5mL/kg sur 5-10min
