What happens if the Upper DU knob is selected to OFF?

The E/WD automatically switches to the Lower ECAM

Press and hold the SD button for the page you wanna see. You’ll get it for 30 sec.

What does the ALL pb do?

Answer 3

Scrolls through all SD pages in 3 sec intervals when held down. Releasing the button will maintain the present page.

What does pressing the RCL pb do?

Answer 4

Allows you to review Warning/Caution msgs that were suppressed by the CLR button or Flight Phase
If held for more than 3 sec, it will also bring back msgs suppressed by the EMER CANC pb

If you press the STS button but there are no msgs, what will you see?

Answer 5

NORMAL will be displayed for 5 sec

What happens when you press the TO CONFIG test pb?

Answer 6

System simulates the application of TO thrust and checks certain systems for proper config.
If you got it right: TO CONFIG NORMAL will be displayed
If Wrong: a Warning msg will be displayed

What does the EMER CANC pb do?

Answer 7

Cancels audio for warning msgs
Cancels present caution for the rest of the flight
brings up STS page where the cnxd caution will be displayed as Cancelled Caution
Press and hold RCL to bring the msg back
