Anorexia is difficult to treat it is long and patience resist getting well. The younger patients family therapy appears to be beneficial. Olanzapine is also helpful

How do we define obesity and why is it a worldwide problem?
having a body mass index of 30 or above it is associated with many medical problems and increased mortality. Obesity is not currently viewed as an eating disorder but as a food addiction problem
Who is most at risk of obesity?
Genetic make up may make a more or less likely to gain weight. cultural environment the promotes overconsumption of food and sedentary lifestyle. Minorities are higher at risk low income

Lifestyles modifications and medications surgery treating obesity is difficult prevention is better than anything
