Differentiate between diverticulosis and diverticulitis
A
Diverticulosis - painless outpouchings, occasionally present with bleeding but mainly picked up on abdo xr or ct/barium swallow
Diverticulitis - does not present with bleeding pr as the inflammation scars the vessels; also presents with fever and abdo pain
