Oppositional Defiant Disorder
A pattern of angry/irritable mood, argumentative/defiant behavior, or vindictiveness lasting at least 6 months.
Intermittent Explosive Disorder
Recurrent behavioral outbursts representing a failure to control aggressive impulses.
Conduct Disorder
A repetitive or persistent pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others or major age-appropriate societal norms or rules are violated in the past 12 months characterized by the following in the past 6 months: Aggression to people and animals, destruction of property, deceitfulness or theft, and/or serious violations of rules. If age 18 years or older, must not meet criteria for antisocial personality disorder.
Antisocial Personality Disorder
A pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others. Occurring since age 15.
Pyromania
Deliberate and purposeful fire setting on more than one occasion marked by tension or affective arousal before the act. Fascination, interest, curiosity or attraction to fire and pleasure, gratification, or relief cause by setting, witnessing, or participating in the aftermath of fires.
Kleptomania
Recurrent failure to resist impulses to steal objects that are not needed for personal use or for monetary value which are provoked by an increasing sense of tension before committing theft and resulting in pleasure, gratification, or relief. Stealing is not committed as a result of anger or revenge.
