Limit intake of foods containing saturated fats, added sugars, added salts and alcohol.

Nutrition Australia
Nutrition Australia is a non-government organisation concerned with promoting optimal health and welbeing for al Australians through encouraging healthy food habits and physical activity.
Eating advisory service:
Supports early childhood services, schools, hospitals, and workplaces, and includes menu planning assistance and staff training.
Nutrition seminars and workshops
Dietician and nutritionist conduct a range of seminars to provide education to workplaces and members of the public wanting to improve their diet.
Publication of recipes:
Hundreds of healthy recipes are provided free of charge on the nutrition Australia website, and cookbooks received by nutrition Australia are available for purchase.
Healthy eating pyramid
A simple visual guide to the types and proportions of foods that individuals should eat everyday for good health and wellbeing. It encourages Australians to enjoy a wide variety of food from every food group, every day, by showing four layers with different food groups in each, representing the proportion in which each should be consumed.
