Overall Red Flags?
1: Stiff/floppy appearance
2: Stereotypical movements
3: Unable to perform variable movements
4: weak/Obligatory primitive reflexes
5: Oral motor difficulties
6: Lack midline orientation after 2 months
7: oculomotor difficulties after 2-3 months
Prone Red Flags?
3 mo: unable to with wide BOS/ Doesn’t like it.
5/6 mo: Add/IR . weight shift to Face side
6 mo: Unable to roll/roll with hyper extension
6/7: No propulsion (lateral or forward)
Supine Red Flags?
5 mo: no pelvic control/ no antigravity flex/ can’t dissociate UE-LE
6: Cant roll/ roll with hyperextension/no lateral flex
Sitting Red Flags?
5: can’t sit forward/guarded with support
6: Cant independently sit
6/7: WS at ribcage not pelvis
9: Cant transition from sitting/no variability
10: Cant get out of W sit.
Quadruped Red Flags
7: Ant pelvic tilt/bunny hop
11: Ab sag/lordosis
12: Wide BOS
Pull to stand Red Flag
11 mo: pull to stand with stiff LE
Kneeling Red Flags?
12 mo: Excessive Lordosis with consistent DF
Standing mobility?
9 mo: Cant unweight leg to progress forward
10: Cant move arms with support
11: Stiff legs
12: scap add/guarding with external support
What is gour maenuever?
crawling up leg
What is PF indicative of?
effective tall kneel
average independent walk?
11-15 months
Mature walk?
4-5 years
arm swing shows when?
2.5-3 years
consistent heel strike seen when?

When does walking BOS decrease?
