f. The stg of the sy forces in the battle area is such that their dest’ll result in the collapse of the entire mil ctrl of the territory.
g. Sy forces located outside the battle area cannot reinforce the forces in it.
h. Hostile forces are mustered in overwhelming strength to achieve their mission.
