Actinic Keratosis
Superficial, hyperkeratotic papules, sun exposed areas, dysplastic/precancerous
Seborrheic Keratosis
Comon, benign, raised papillose or plaque, with slightly greedy and velvety or warty and have stuck on appearance
Basal Cell Carcinoma
Depressed center, almost never metastasizes
Quamous Cell Carcinoma
Usually on sun exposed skin
ABCDEs of melanoma
A- Asymmetry b- boarder irregular c- Color Variation d- Greater than 6 mm e- evoluion
Terry’s Nails
Ground glass appearance with band of reddish at the end. Associated with liver disease, cirrhosis, heart failure, and diabetes
Mee’s Lines
Transverse white bands; arsenic poisoning, heart failure, hodgkin’s disease, chemotherapy, carbon monoxide poisoning, and leprosy
Transverse Linear Depressions
Temporary disruption of proximal nail growth from systemic illness
Koplik Spots
Gray-white papillose on the buccal mucosa, seen in MEASELS
