Sudden onset, stepwise decline, patchy deficits
What is the presentation of Lewy Body dementia?
Fluctuating cognitive dysfunction, visual hallucinations, parkonsonism
How is alzheimers and lewy body dementia treated?
Cholinesterase inhibitors
