What are some mimics of delirium? (differential diagnoses)

A

Unilateral weakness –> stroke/intracerebral lesion
Nystagmus –> seizures
Ataxic gait, abnormal eye movements –> Wernickes encephalopathy
Insidious decline –> dementia
