look 은 구체적으로 어떤 모습으로 보이다. Seem 은 인듯하다. 의 의미임.

아동 학대는 한 부모가 매우 화가 났을 때 일어나는 것 같다.

감각동사 + 형용사 보어 4개 ,주로 2형식 문장으로 쓰이는.

존은 판사가 되었지만, 피터는 어부로 남아 있다.
John became a judge, but Peter remained a fisherman. (명사를 보어를 쓸 때는 주어와 동격일 때만 가능)
그녀는 때때로 마치 그녀가 세상에 혼자인 것처럼 느낀다.
She sometimes feels as if she is alone in the world.
내가 이렇게 느끼는(생각하는)이유는 인터넷이 우리의 삶을 향상시키는 것을 돕기 때문이다.
