Q

How have you used a computerised central project database?

A

Limited use because we are a small company. We do however use Alto CRM to manage customer communications, and property records, this too is limited because it is essentially a residential property tool.

Q

How have you written clear and factual reports on information extracted from a property record or information system?

A

I provided a client with a spreadsheet detailing information on commercial properties in Broadway High Street. It detailed property, floor plans, measurements, ITZA, rents, capital values and yields. The data came from our own records, market research with other agents and land registry. I supported it with a written summary.
