Tell me about how you ensure good communication.
I try to ensure that communication is initially in person or over the phone. I follow up in writing to confirm the detail of what has been agreed. I do both to avoid miscommunication.
Tell me about an example of when you have negotiated effectively.
The Bank Stow on the Wold
Accurately understood clients priorities
Detailed research of the market
Thorough proposal to tenants agent
