A

Plant cells have a large, permanent vacuole which has an outer membrane called a tonoplast

The vacuole contains cell sap, which is a solution of sugars, amino acids, mineral salts dissolved in water

In some plant cells the sap contains vitamins and pigments which gives the cell its colour e.g. Oranges
