Annually, the month preceding their birth month. If its a renewal year the officer will inspect the month after also to ensure it has been renewed.
What does the officer note when inspecting the license?
Any restrictions - Note them in the officer’s journal if found.
Verify correct address- memo to Deputy Commissioner of Operations for any discrepancies.
How often does the officer check the certificate of authorization?
Random intervals throughout the year. If a card is lost - Memo to safety office outlining details and request a replacement.
