- Malgady found Costa Rica did not view auditory hallucinations as mental illness
- Sato = unwilling to diagnose if culturally sensitive eg Sz in Japan
- Chandresa = catatonia more common in Sri Lanka (could be due to treatment though)

- Lin = Sz globally shares more symptoms than it differs in
- Lopez = if we acknowledge cultural norms, could lead to misdiagnosis as some symptoms ignored
- Lee = ADHD diagnosis was the same in Korea using DSM
