Define refugee.
A person whose asylum application has been
successful and who has been forced to leave
their country in order to escape war or natural
disaster, or owing to a well-founded fear of
being persecuted for reasons of race, religion,
nationality, membership of a particular social
group, or political opinion.
Define asylum seeker.
A person who has left their country of origin and
applied for asylum in another country, but
whose application has not yet been concluded.
Define undocumented migrant.
A person who enters or stays in the UK without
the necessary documentation required under
immigration regulations.

Everyone in England is entitled to free primary care (regardless of nationality or immigration status).
