‘You Fit the Description’ and Section 60 (random stops and searches after terror attacks and large incidents); disproportionate via race → You are 30% more likely to be stopped and searched by the police if you are Black when you are London → Disproportionate!
What is the Definition of ‘Racial Profiling’?
Over-policing areas to due conscious or unconscious bias due to racism!
