What do I take away? I think that there is a very long way to go, I think that certain behaviours are embedded in way older generation think, and I don’t think that change will happen quickly. Reinforced my feeling that some businesses, espcially larger businesses are “ticking the box” with what they do.
What did you learn from your Pocket Strategist Mastermind course?
Reinforced the need to plan and create objectives and to revisit those objectives, times change, priorities change and need to be flexible - importance of having supportive network

When I joined TEA - initially as a consultant to review the options for the business and then develop a strategy and plan to move forward
