Prompts for open-ended questions (in an existing conversation)

A

“that sounds amazing and you should tell me all about it”

“So blow my mind. What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned about ___?”

“I bet you have a lot of funny stories about that”

“How’d you get into that?”

“Why do I feel like there’s a story there?”

“So I am curious, where did you get that idea?”

“So I’m always curious about stuff like this (and yes I am going to judge based on your answer) how you you explain that to someone who’s never heard of it?”

A

Open enough that the are prompted to provide an explanation, but focused enough that it applies to something contextually relevant (think about what they WANT to talk about)
