This enables them to compare goods and services and make wise choices for their individual of family’s needs

This right is protected by the Consumer Protection Act 2007 as it prevents misleading claims being made about goods or services

This is protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980

Value for money does not always mean the cheapest i.e. a cheap product could end up having high running cost dur to being energy inefficient

Consumers should receive a high-quality product or service, regardless of whether it is full price or on sale
