Tachycardia, various arrhythmias 
Heart sounds: S3/S4 gallop 
Pulsus alternans (alternating strong and weak pulses (with a regular pulse rhythm)

Jugular venous distention
Hepatojugular reflux:
Hepatic venous congestion (i.e. Hepatosplenomegaly, Abdominal pain, Jaundice, Ascites)
